Every real BrokerBuilt Verified seal links to a certificate on this site. If there's no certificate, if it names a different website, or if it says suspended, lapsed or revoked, the seal isn't valid.
How to check a seal in 10 seconds

A real seal opens its certificate on brokerbuilt.xyz. A seal that doesn't link here, or links somewhere else, is fake.
Match the site
The certificate lists the one website it's valid on. If you found the seal anywhere else, it's being misused.
Read the status
Only Verified and Under review are valid. Anything else means don't rely on the seal.
What each status means

| ✓ Verified | This project is verified holder-built and meets the BrokerBuilt Standards. | Valid |
| ✓ Under review | This seal is valid while BrokerBuilt reviews a report or re-checks ownership. | Valid |
| ! Lapsed | The builder's wallet no longer holds the Broker or Intern this project was verified with. The seal is not valid until ownership is re-verified. | Not valid |
| ! Suspended | This seal is suspended under the BrokerBuilt Standards and should not be displayed until the issue is resolved. | Not valid |
| ! Revoked | This seal has been revoked. The project is no longer listed on BrokerBuilt, and any seal shown for it is not valid. | Not valid |
What the seal means
The builder's wallet held the named Broker or Intern when verified, the project is real and working, and the builder agreed to the BrokerBuilt Standards.
What it doesn't mean
It isn't an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, investment advice, or a license from StonkBrokers or Clutch Markets. BrokerBuilt is independent.
